Can't use unallocated HDD space

Good day,

 

We have installed serer 2012 standard on a RAID 5 configuration. The RAID was configured using hardware RAID. We have 3x 2TB drives in the RAID.

 

When installing the OS it created a 2TB partition as this is the max MBR will support. After the installation I went to Disk Management and wanted to create 2 more partitions in the unallocated space, but when I right click the unallocated space I can't select any options.

 

Can somebody please assist with this as we need to be able to use the space.
