Word-will not activate and cannot paste images

Hey guys and gals.

Im hoping this will be an obvious and easy fix that one of you knows...

 

Recently i have set up a new bath of teacher laptops via cloning ad everything has been going great, no problems with any of them except one where you cannot paste anything into word from the internet (pasting print screens works though how ever).

And word will not activate, when ever i try to activate it with a triple checked valid license key a box flashes up before the screen where you enter the key even appears saying:

 

"A communication error has occurred. Please veify that you have connectivity to the internet and try again. (0x80072efd)"
