RM CC3 Workstation Rebuild Doesn't Complete

I really appreciate your support with this. Here is our dilemma.

 

I was installing the latest hotfixes over the summer HFXCC3299 installed fine on the main DC but during the installation on DC-02 it failed due to lack of space on the D drive.

 

Since then I have noticed that rebuilds aren't completing fully and always stopping on the XP Login screen.

 

I followed article TEC477853 and both Health checks return fine. I have checked AD with no errors visible. I am yet to replicate as I don't want to cause any more issues.

 

I also re ran the 299 hotfix from D:\RMNetwork\RMManage\RM Hotfixes\HFXCC3299_extracted and it completed OK (no lack of space issue this time for some reason). Rebooted and health checked with no problems.

 

The rebuilds are still not completing. Any ideas?

Following TEC1165274 both servers contain the RM Station Manager client package in the correct location. We don't have any further support with them and are pretty stuck now. Has anyone got experience of this issue?

Wow, thanks for your help Edugeeks! Never had such poor communication from a forum ever. Must be the method of my questioning.

Not many here use CC3 anymore... and this sounds like an issue that needs RM support to fix, therefore, your establishment should pay for the support it needs from RM I'm afraid... *shrug*

 

(And those who don't have an RM support contract can't read the TEC docs etc to be able to advise further either - I seem to recall having to manually reinstall a whole heap of RM components, including Station Manager etc, from the original MSIs, then apply all hotfixes etc again, the last time I had to resolve this particular issue, but all under guidance from RM Support.)
