New HAP+ User V9 - No images, Icons during setup

Hi.

 

Just installed HAP+ V9 onto a WK8 Server R2 under IIS 7.5

 

Followed a mish mash of the V8 Youtube install videoplus bits from the Documentation.pdf

 

I can access the setup.aspx during setup.. but I don't get images, or tabs.. everything is on one page to the left..

 

If I add items they save OK.. but the OU part doesn't work.. so I cant see the lists. But I can click SAVE at the bottom and when I get the LOGON.ASPX page I can login.. but same goes for these pages. No icons and the formatting is wrong.

 

The IIS im on hosts a couple of others sites for me OK.

 

Is this a web.config issue? Or something else.

 

Any help would be great

Hi.

 

I belive that there are a few lines which need to be removed.... search for this line and remove the whole section... (I think)

 

 

Although I just used Firefox instead.

@calwyn That is for IIS8 not 7.5

 

1. Check the permissions on the folders are correct

2. Check the Anonymous user uses the Application Pool Identity (IIS > Site > Application > Authentication)

thanks.. worked a treat I wasn't clear that I was removing the whole "Static" section
