Ranger Remote Control v11 Disable Chat and Request Help

Hi guys,

We have installed Ranger Remote Control v11.20.0 and currently having problems where the client computers can start a "Chat" or "Request Help" with the teacher from the Ranger icon in the notification area/system tray. I've looked in all the settings on the tutor console but just can't find the setting to disable this! How would I go about disabling this annoying option where students just send silly messages to the teacher.

If i remember correctly you can use some adm templates to do this. Its been that long since i have used it not sure where you get them from.

Do you have the adm files loaded for group policy?

I read about these adm files tried to find download links to them but i haven't come across any, do you have a adm template that I could use to disable the chat options?

Don't have the software contact the manufacturer?

They won't help as we don't have a support package from them which we have to pay extra for

I'll call them tomorrow Cemito. Will have to get a PO from Sofia first for the support package. There might be an option to disable this feature during installation/deployment. If anyone comes across these ADM files please can you help by posting the link on this thread. Regards
