Deploying KillallFinder .app script via Workgroup manager in login items on server

Hi!

 

I''ve been trying to do this for ages! we have a network of macs with a lion server. basically the desktop profile doesn't mirror to the finder desktop, you have to relaunch the finder using a kill all finder app made in apple script editor. if I attach it to my login items locally on the mac itself it works and runs correctly. however as soon as I tack that app script can place it in a share on the server and attach it to login items in Workgroup manager it doesn't work! anyone know what might be causing that!?

 

problem 2) we're running a Lion server, and also have a set of mountain lion macs - they don't pull down the users profile desktop when they login so as a result they wont mirror the desktop files onto the finder desktop? please help!!!!!!!!!!!
