[sims] Which permissions needed for "Batch photo import"?

Every year for the past 7 years I have imported all the new pupil photos into SIMS using the batch photo import tool.

 

However, for some reason, it has disappeared from the Routines -> Student menu.

 

Which permissions should I have in System Manager to do this? There's hundreds of them, so searching through will take ages...

School Administrator Role should do it.

Or specifically this made the option appear, but i didn't test execution, and it sounds like you'd be able to all pictures, so if it's for your account should be okay.
