[sims] Nova T6 HELP!!!

Hello, I need to create a period 7 and 8 on nova t6, i add it into the cycle on nova t6 and timetable it accordingly. However, when i go to export the new timetable to SIMS, it says error lesson scheduled at non teaching times!! I have no idea what to do, any ideas??? Thanks

Is it to do with lesson monitor setup in sims.net. You need to add the extra 2 periods to the teaching day. Tools>setups>lesson monitor options>lesson monitor setup.

First you need to backup sims and get everyone out.

Then send the new timetable cycle from Nova to SIMS. This will then make the holes you'll fill with your timetable file.

A new cycle mid year is doable, but scary. Any cover and other pre-planned stuff will likely get deleted. You'll most likely also have to re-apply the timetable and do the setup for lesson monitor etc. The lesson monitor setup should pick up a new cycle, but you have to allocate the am/pm periods.
