IPv4 both ways here. Frankly, I don't expect to see IPv6 at work nor would I believe it would be of any use whatsoever in a school; one thing it will do is make our lives a hell of a lot more difficult if any ISP's decide to use it solely, but that's not likely to happen for many years if at all.

At home, I'd love to be using it - it has far more use from home than at school, and especially for me where I'd like to be able use it for testing without having to go through proxies/tunnels :/

I dont think he is talking about internal networks here...

@ZeroHour might be worth adding a not sure option.

Nobody knows if it is supported on their kit or network because ISPs don't really tell you. I have an IPv4 and IPv6 address at home but no idea if I am connecting to a site using the v6 protocol.

 

Thiking of it, that was on my old router. Now BT have forced a home Hub on me so it probably isn't anyway.
