Outlook Web App 2013

1). If I create a group in OWA then try an add a contact it only shows up a few. Ones in my autocomplete and ones in the global address book not in My Contacts can this be fixed?

 

2). Does anyone know of a theme where all emails in the inbox are shrunk to a lien each and the unread are in bold at all? I know I can create my own but I haven't the time. Willing to pay for a theme if it sorts out this issue.

 

3). Same with the calendars if there is a theme that makes it look more like 2007.

 

 

Some days I wish I had never upgraded although it was that or a broken 2007 box.
