PCOUNTER - GLOBALLY REMOVING CLIENT CODE ASSOCIATIONS

Hi,

 

Going round in circles here and can't wait for Altman to get back to me tomorrow morning as I need to fix a problem tonight.

 

Can anyone tell me how to globally remove client code associations in PCounter?

 

I can see how you can globally add CCAs to users from groups in AD but I need to purge all the CAAs currently set for 1000+ users.

 

Help much appreciated!

There is no easy way from what I can work out.

 

The only way I would recommend it is to delete the relevant file in C:\PCOUNTER\DATA (DBF & CDX) and start again with users but it doesn't help with what you want.

 

You could just delete the client code if that is any help.

Hi thanks, can't delete the CCs as they are used by a few hundred other users :-(

Case of going through them manually then, no easy way unfortunately that I am aware of.
