Running - Being cheeky

Evening All,

 

The other year when I started running people on the forum sponsored me for running a 5K.

 

Now several years on I am about to run the Swansea 10K and the Cardiff Half Marathon. So if anyone fancies donating to a charity called CISS (Cancer Information Support Services) then please feel free. Any amount would be cool.

 

I have not been here for a while so understand if nobody does. But even £1 goes to helping families who deal with losing someone from cancer. I've decided against supporting a larger charity this year as they get a lot of coverage.
