VAMT issue

Greetings,

Having an issue with old clients that have been removed from AD still showing up when adding cilents to VAMT using the AD search options weeks or even months after theyve been removed. Any suggestions what could be causing this?

Could it be Windows' DNS service? Check the old clients' entries in DNS (both forward and reverse lookups) have been removed, just in case.

dosent vamt just update it database by adding new i dont think search will remove entrys already on its database

Will check the dns server but some of these clients have been removed a long time ago.

 

I remove them each time I update the list but they just come straight back.

re-searched ad again today and now only existing clients show which is great but it keeps showing up clients i know ive already licensed as unlicenced. Anyone seen this behavior before?
