[ipad] Removing Settings etc

Hi

 

We've had our 11 ipads about a year but not got down to managing them properly. They are done via 1 Windows computer using iPhone configuration utility.

 

Is there any program that I can configure to remove the settings app, stop pupils renaming the ipad etc ?

 

Is this something that Meraki or Apple configurator on a mac can do?
