[closed] layout issue: Search Page Selector Obscured by Announcements Banner

The title pretty much says it all, but a picture is worth a thousand words:

 

 

Issue is apparent in both Chrome and IE8

 

I don't need to tell you how to suck eggs but I wouldn't be a geek if I hadn't tried to find the issue

 

 

changing the top margin to 2.5em in #above_searchresults looked about right (I know I know, couldn't resist)
