I have a user in our in-house managed exchange server 2010 who simply cannot snooze or dismiss his calendar appointments. Each time he does, whether snoozing for 5 10 15 mins etc, the reminder pops up again with 20 seconds! This is the same for dismissing reminders.. The only way to stop this is by deleting the event. As you will agree keeping records of appointments is important for our users. I have found very little about this online and it only happens to this one user (out of about 60). I have had calendar issues where users use a mobile device to access their account but this user only accesses his at his work workstation...

Can anyone help me please...........?

Hi there. Could you explain what you mean, Ed? Cheers.

Yes sorry - we use roaming profiles for our staff so I deleted the local cached copy from their computer and the copy saved to the network so when they log in it would generate a new user profile and write this back to the network. This resolved the issue for me.

Do you know what type of user profiles you use? Local \ Roaming \ Mandatory \ etc.

Hi Ed; cheers for the clarification. Yes we seem to use a mixture of Local/ roaming profiles- i have only ben here for 2 weeks and there are loads of oddities for me to go through.. If he has a roaming profile, where would I find the user profile on the network- I can't remember what/ where the file is! Also by deleting the profile, am I not going to mess up his faces, desktop etc?
