Anyone had this error before when trying to take registers

Timetable is not set for the selected date

Timetable has been applied and re-applied several times and all else looks ok but somewhere there is a problem

LEA don't support LM and Capita wont do anything until they have cut through yards of red tape..

It sounds like it could be the dates in the Nova-T model and The SIMS .net Academic is not sync'd, also there is a little drop down box (in the bottom left of Apply timetable) to verify the first fully timetabled day to which part of the model it is (this applies mainly to 2 week timetables but might be there for one week'rs)

Hope this helps, also have you applied the timetable in Attendance 6? That might have some effect?

The solution I used was as follows

Tools -> Academic Management -> Set Academic Year -> 2007-2008 -> OK

Tools -> Academic Management -> Apply Timetable -> Yes -> Apply -> Ok

When you click apply it should populate the "Timetable Day" column and should read something like "05/09/2007 Wed | Full | Wed" (where "|" is colum divider)

If LM is open then close and restart it and your current timetable should take effect...

Are you using Lesson Monitor 6 or 7?

Just out of interest, because we are having to use Assessment Manager 7 as we cannot add things we used to in 6

Lesson Monitor 6.53,,,,, apparently everything has gone through fine for assessment manager -- its just lesson monitor throwing up this error.

For Lesson Monitor probs this is what I had to do.

You also needed to apply the updates in attendence.

Go to Attendence --> Tools --> Attendence Years --> Apply Timetable for academic year. check the correct year at the top and click Apply hiding down on the left. You should now see the lessons being applied on the right-hand side.

Ok I think i know what the problem is but not sure how to fix it.

Looking at our calendar year -- the first day of the year is not a timetabled year and is set to "none". From what I have read elsewhere I think that your first day has to be a timetabled day.

Now to figure out how to move the calendar year one day forward.
