SIMS interesting times?

Anyone else having interesting times with SIMS after the SQL conversion? As far as we know it was all done completely fine after some fiddling and faffing. But the last couple of days we have had new users not able to log on until a current user logs on before them and anyone whose password has changed has the same. In the event log we have many logon faiures for a "sims" user but can't find where that user is or should be.

If everyone else is fine and dandy then it must be our upgrade stuffed and we need to get County in, but as it was just run the install it seems strange it fouled up!
