IE10 + Windows 7 (Slightly different to other threads I've seen)

Hi

 

I have Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7 clients

 

I'm trying to implement the proxy into the clients and I know that Microsoft removed the old way and the way now is with GPP The clients all do have a proxy in already but its the old address so needs updating.

 

However, is there a way to apply this to machines rather than users? User group policy loop back doesnt seem to work, should it for GPP?

 

I've also tried it for users but it doesnt seem to apply but I'd ideally like it as proxy per machine than per user.

 

Any advice?

Ive set the proxy to the users but it wont apply, still has the old proxy server in there

 

Done it in GPP, driving me mad!
