Hyper-V Manager for Server 2008 R2 under 2012 - how?

Am I missing the bleeding obvious?

 

Server 2012 cant manage lower versions of Hyper-V server, so, how the hell do you remote manage them in 2012?

Ive installed 5nine manager, it will do to migrate the VMs out before I upgrade to 2012,
