Mountain Lion Server (10.8)

We currently have a Mountain Lion Server (10.8) which we will need to setup home drives for network users on our active directory. Previously we had managed to do this on Snow Leopard Server where the network users home drive is not mounted to the Windows home drives but a separate one was created on the Mac Server using scripts and workgroup manager. That no longer works as it was maliciously removed.

You should be able to create the home directories for users in Server.App?
