Removing items from the dropdown in open / save dialog box

Hello,

 

I'm currently running a Windows Server 2008 R2 Terminal Server. I would like to know if it possible to remove items from the drop down in the open / save dialog box ? To show you exactly what I mean I've attached a screen shot.
