Same for windows 7 but still works in windows 8! bit of a refresh for most but made my life easier....

 

Access all control panel options in one easy folder that can also be put onto a USB drive:

 

 

 

Open Windows Explorer and create a new folder

 

Rename the folder by pasting the name below exactly as it appears:

 

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

 

NOTE: You can name it whatever you want (within reason), I just use "GodMode" in this example.

Those shortcuts aren't normal shortcuts, so you can't zip them up anyway.
