Squip Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 I am in the middle of a big layered ownership setup for staff iPads including distributing VPP apps with Apple Configurator. I am on the understanding that if a iPad gets destroyed with a VPP app installed that we have lost that licence. However what would happen if a staff member accidentally deleted an app? Will we be able to reclaim that?
j224 Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 If the iPad is 'supervised' with Configurator then you can install a profile to remove the ability to delete apps. You will only be able to remove them through Configurator.
