Which Add ons do I disable?

Every time I use the internet I get a popup asking to disable certain add ons.

How do I recognize which I disable and which not?

Well the short answer is which do you want to disable?

 

It's just telling you they're taking a little time to load. If you want to use them you dont' disable any. If you want to make it faster disable them all etc?

The java one for sure... Java in a browser is asking for a virus.

 

But as above, disable what you don't need.
