VPN Woes!

not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but here we go

 

I'm currently running 4 Finance machines under their own VPN in the Administration VLAN, I'm having 2 of the machines connect absolutely fine and 2 of them fail out for a reason that is beyond me and Also their helpdesk technicians,

 

The machines are all imaged identically and the VPN settings are identical on all machines, so I can't work out for the life of me what the issue is,

 

Any ideas?

Also, we've done all the basic troubleshooting and little things like updating the NiC card and double triple and quadrouple checking the VPN settings are completely identical.
