Exchange 2010 - OWA - Internet Explorer - Explorer issue

Oh my! Where to begin!

The FACTS:

Exchange 2010

Windows 7

IE 10

 

When using OWA, and clicking on attachments, in my Documents it is showing 17 items. When going into My Documents (Explorer) there are another 10 folders in there which are not being displayed.

Quick solution - Renamed folders and lo' and behold, they have shown up now.

There was no problem with Google Chrome. Anyone?

We have had some issues with IE not displaying attachments correctly (although this was not displaying anything) and from what we have seen it is when users need to update Silverlight and/or IE version.
