Thunderbird and Exhcnage Global Address Lists

I'm setting up Thunderbird 17.0.7 on my Mint 15 installation (which is great by the way!) and so far so good. But I am stuck on getting Thunderbird to read the global address list from our Exchange server.

I've set it up (after reading lots of forum posts) like this:

 

Name: Global Address List

Hostname:

Base DN:

Port Number: 389 (also tried 3268)

Bind DN:

 

Replication always fails. I'd love to get this working as its one of the few things holding me back from using Mint as my main OS
