HP Intelligent Management System

I have found we have a copy of HP Intelligent Management System with 100 seats and WSM with 50 seats.

 

I have installed it and after many emails back a forth to HP I now have the licence active. My problem is however I don't seem to be able to configure it the admin password logs me into the web console but it seems like I have restricted access. I have been unable to find any info on this so I was wondering if anyone else is using this software and if so did you have this problem and how did you overcome it. Or am I being stupid and missing something really obvious.
