Kyocera FC-C5015n poor quality results

We have a Kyocera FS-C5015n

 

Normally the print quality is excellent. Recently is it printing with very poor results, it's hard to explain but the colour areas are no solid towards the centre of large areas of colour, including black.

 

I ran several test pages from the printer console which reveal poor quality so I don't believe it's a driver issue.

I have replaced all toner cartridges and not seen any change to the quality at all.

I have cleaned the wires and I ran calibration tests etc.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I had issues with one of ours. If you run through the service menu theres an option to "dev cln" run this a couple of times then restart the printer and see if it helps
