Design Tablet vs Snmartboard

I have a request for some kind of design tablet (NOT the i range) for teachers to use instead of a Smartboard.

So project as normal onto a whiteboard / wall, allow teacher and student to hold this tablet and edit/draw/underline.

 

I do not want to replace the PC with its split screen capabilities, just use a stylus style device.

 

Any ideas...
