Call out system.

Good morning boys and girls.

 

I'm looking for some software to be able to call out engineers to site with a login system. Any ideas where i can find something like this?

 

EG. a customer goes onto a site.. Signs in to a portal and requests a call out.. We get a email telling us this with all the details.

Host a public facing copy of a helpdesk (we user GLPI), and give them a login to the user interface for that.
