Getting rid of IE9!

Hi,

 

I am having problems trying to install IE10 as an upgrade onto one users Windows 7 64 bit.

 

Works fine as Admin and IE10 is there but on one user, every update runs, installs and reboots but IE9 is still there.

 

Any ideas how to get rid of IE9 once and for all and run IE10?

How are you updating?

Downloaded from the IE10 site as a single download. Created an MSI and run, ran through Windows Update. Still no joy.
