Mr.Ben Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 (edited) @jamesbmarshall or anyone else! Is it possible in O365 to force share a calendar to a group of users? We want to use it for the whole school calendar, but can't assume staff will know how to add the shared calendar. Thanks in advance Ben Edited June 6, 2013 by Mr.Ben
jamesbmarshall Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Sadly not. The easiest thing is to share the calendar with them, or give them a one-pager on how to add it manually - it's not possible to push it to them.
reprised Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Sorry to hijack this thread but I was trying to find out if you can do this in exchange 2010? Seems such a basic thing to do yet I can't see a way of auto adding a calendar to a users outlook. We would also like a calendar that all staff can see by default without having to add manually or sharing etc. It's interesting that it can't even be done in Office365.
