Have Apple recently changed the minimum amount of app purchases for education establishments?

 

I believed it was dev dependent who decided this... We have reason to believe that Apple have put in place a minimum purchase requirement. Can anyone confirm?

I know there is a minimum required in order to obtain discount, so I'm hoping my source is talking rubbish.

Not sure.

 

I can confirm we bought two copies of a single app (Dartfish) last month through VPP without issue.

Not all apps allow discount for educational licence, just log into the portal and search for the app, itll tell you if its eligible for discount and how much the price is in the bracket for number of licences required.
