i want to redirect to / or serve up a "I'm currently working on this site, please be patient. We'll be back in 10 minutes...... its essential maintenance...." to all source ip's except one i designate i.e. the machine i'm testing from, whats the best way of doing this? if i was only worried about external clients accessing this site i would change the port forwarding at the firewall, but internal clients access it as well.
