E_G_R2 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 IMO some of the 7th Doctor Stories are the best Original Who that there is. McCoy is much under rated against the over hyped Tom Baker.

Can't agree with you on the Tom Baker bit. For me he is the best so far [i am old enough to remember 'The Web of Fear' being broadcast so no he wasn't my first Doctor]

For me he is the best so far [i am old enough to remember 'The Web of Fear' being broadcast so no he wasn't my first Doctor] Neither was he mine, I remeber Web too and grew up with Pertwee and the first few seasons of Tom. It was going back and watching the DVD re releases that lifted the 'mists of youth' from my eyes so to speak.
Rawns Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 When I was a kid, I used to watch the re-runs of Doctor Who with John Pertwee as the Doctor. He's my favourite "vintage" Doctor. I like McCoy in the Big Finish radio shows. Even Paul McGann was good in them too.
