hawc Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 I wish that Microsoft would stop printing and marketing guides with block colour on the pages. Kills our photocopies when everyone demands their own copy. Black and white still uses a lot of ink/toner as black has to fill in for the intended colours-
FishCustard Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Would converting to mono and then inverting the colours help?
Arthur Posted May 27, 2013 Author Posted May 27, 2013 In Adobe Reader / Acrobat, you can change the text and background colours to black and white respectively by going into the Accessibility options and checking the Replace Document Colors box. I also unchecked the last two options shown in the screenshot below. http://i.imgur.com/zXBzIQW.png Most pages should now look like this... http://i.imgur.com/HzEmBXu.png For the odd page that doesn't (and assuming you have access to a copy of Acrobat), you can use the Edit Text & Images tool to modify the remaining pages. http://i.imgur.com/MPCiu4K.png
