[ms office - 2010] Open mailbox in Outlook

I need to open a mailbox in Outlook 2010 its not in the GAL so the name won't resolve in the outlook configuration.

 

i can open the mailbox fine in OWA, but i need to open it in Outlook. Its my mailbox for people to send spam to be analysed to and I need a MAPI profile working so i can extract the messages to feed through the spam analyser so it can update its database.
