Which KVM?

I'm currently looking for a KVM for our server room and wondered if anyone has one they would recommend. The server room already has a desk with a screen so I don’t need the fold up screen variety, but would like it to be rack mounted.

 

I currently have a couple of “Master View” ones which have been fine but don’t have USB or work with the converters I've tried.

 

It needs to have 16 ports, but I don’t mind if that’s over two units.

 

Please let me know any models you would recommend or additional features you couldn't live without.
