Podcast hosting for a VLP / equiptment for recording Podcast

Hello

 

We are a primary school who are interested in creating podcasts with our year 6 children. We want to post the podcast on our VLP and would quite like to host them on a podcasting site (pref a free one) which I can then embed into our VLP.

 

We dont have any equiptment at the moment and I would appreciate any information you have.
