Does any have any good, easy to follow guides on setting up and using App-V within SCCM2012?

I've got all my App-V apps (v5) in to an App-V folder within applications and setup their dependencies but I've no idea where to go from here...

EDIT: and how does app-v in SCCM in terms of the way I understand app-v external of SCCM to work when it comes to things like shortcuts and file types?

Thanks deano, as of step 8 is what i was after, although.... it seems a bit less optimal than appv 4.6 was (the only one i've used prior to this) in that i much prefer people being able to click a shortcut in the start menu which then downloads the package AND runs it, rather than having to have them go into the application catalog and install it there THEN go somewhere else to use it, seems like a backwards step to me really, or am i missing something that can streamline this a bit more?

You could pre deploy the app, which is what I do...even with 4.6. Staff have access to the catalogue on laptops to install what they want...workstations are managed through AD groups and WMI queries
