[sims] Deleted Messages Log

I've just been asked about locating a message in the Deleted Messages Log for SIMS Messaging. I've never used it before so I thought I'd take a look.

Had a quick search for my own deleted messages... nothing.

Does this need to be activated or is it just rubbish?

I think it's there for when you delete a message from someone else's inbox. The idea was that admins could clear out someone's inbox so they could keep receiving those missing register and other notices. So if you do it for someone, it will log it. It won't log your own deletions, or theirs.
