InTouch Font Size Issue

Hi

 

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem we are having with InTouch? When staff send an email (with the standard font settings for a message) the recipient receives it like this!!! I have done various tests by sending emails to various email clients, and each client has different results each time...like this, this or as above.

 

The response from Capita is that they are aware of it and it will be fixed in a future update ...which isn't entirely helpful as until it is fixed emails have been stopped from being sent home due to them appearing unprofessional. I have been asked to give it a few weeks to see if we get a better response before we need to look at alternatives, so hopefully a fix comes soon!!

Hi Jon,

 

Thank you for your query. We are aware of this issue and have currently undergone many tests regarding this. Unfortunately, the rendering from different email clients, as you have tested, can change the formatting from sending emails within InTouch. It is a high priority for me to get this fixed and we hope to do so in the Autumn release 2013 if not Spring 2014.
