Hi Jon, Thank you for your query. We are aware of this issue and have currently undergone many tests regarding this. Unfortunately, the rendering from different email clients, as you have tested, can change the formatting from sending emails within InTouch. It is a high priority for me to get this fixed and we hope to do so in the Autumn release 2013 if not Spring 2014. Regards, Pamela Yeung
