Installation of Nova-T6 Satellite on Windows 7 computer

Hi folks.

 

Whilst waiting for our support team to get back to us, I'll post my query here in case someone has a solution to my problem.

 

I went through the installation of installing Nova-T6 Satellite onto a 3rd Party computer. 3rd Party over here in Norther Ireland means a computer which is not part of the C2k Managed Service Network.

 

Its basically a Toshiba Laptop with Windows 7 32bit and the installation went fine but for some reason, when we try to run Novat-T6, a dialog box pops up saying that Nova-T6 is already running and that's as far as we get.

 

There are no other Nova-T6 sessions running so we don't know why we are getting this error.

 

Can anyone shed any light?
