SCCM 2012 client not deploying to all machines

We changed from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012. We still have both servers running. The problem that we are having is that not all of our computers are getting the client installed. We are averaging around 75% - 80%. Even going through the SCCM 2012 "install client" does not work. We have even tried copying the newer ccmsetup.exe file over to the old server and creating a mandatory task to install it (with the new options). Trying to run the ccmsetup manually (or batch file) does not work either.

 

At my wits end right now as to what to try next.

 

The batch file includes this line.

 

\\sde-sccm916\SMS_P16\Client\ccmsetup.exe SMSSITECODE=P16 FSP=P16 DISABLESITEOPT=True SMSCACHEDIR=Cache SMSCACHEFLAGS=MAXDRIVE

Shouldn't even need to do that - you need to think simpler than 2007. Just find the client in the devices section of the wonderbar, right click and install client. It'll sort out the relevant management points etc from there.

What OS are the clients on. I am not sure but i think that SCCM 2012 SP1 isn't supported on XP.

SCCM 2012 SP1. Clients are a mixture of Windows 7 (32bit and 64bit) and Windows XP SP3. The client does install on Windows XP Sp3 computers.

 

I have a drafting lab (We are a Technical High School) that is running Windows 7 64bit. Out of the 20 computers in that lab, two are migrated over, the rest are not.

One thing I have noticed is the firewall. We have the firewall disabled through GPO and through the service manager. But for some reason, some of the computers that are not updating has the firewall service Disabled but it is Started.
