Moodle Support

We have previously used a support company for occasional Moodle-hours, using 5-10 hours of support a year for odds and ends such as fixing Moodle backup problems, helping upgrade and helping with minor design tweaks. Nothing too major but a nice safety net and assistance.

 

Unfortunately we've just been told they won't support our own servers and will only support if we move to their (expensive) cloud based solution.

 

Can anyone recommend a new Moodle support company?
