Only printing black and white in Word 2010

Hi All,

 

When I print from Word 2010 to my networked printer it prints black and white even though I have gone into the printer preferences and selected Colour. Its also happening to either users within my organisation. Yet if I print too another Printer (same model and settings) it comes out colour. Also if I print from Excel it prints colour fine.

 

Printer is a Toshiba E-Studio 4520 series and is on Server 2008 R2.

 

Any ideas?
