CHR1S Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 I'm using Me.Filter = "([Employees_employeeid] Like ""*" & Me.EmpSelect & "*"")" to filter my employees/staff. It works but because of the wildcard elements its throwing up multiples now i.e. employee 8 and 18 together if 8 is the employees ID. However, when I remove the wildcards the filter fails every time. What am I missing?
